 I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). I have trained in many modalities and prefer to use a mixture of each of them during a massage to accomplish the set forth goals. I do not have a "set routine". I do what I feel is necessary and discuss that with my clients prior to massage. My passion is medical and therapeutic massage. I have been trained in techniques to help alleviate carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, frozen shoulder, hammer toes, fibromyalgia, and many other conditions that cause ongoing pain. I believe massage is an important aspect of a happy healthy life. My goal is to provide you with a service to help improve your daily living. Massage can transform your body from one that is in distress to one that is energetic and rejuvenated. I do this because I truly enjoy seeing the results session after session (even after only one session).
